Science Bionics provides remote lifestyle audits, customized nutritional frameworks, fitness protocols, and digital behavioral accountability coaching.
Certain coaching tiers (specifically "Foundation" and "Accelerate") carry an explicit, non-negotiable **3-month minimum billing commitment** to ensure sufficient time for physiological metabolic adaptation. By submitting payment, you authorize recurring monthly billing for the duration of your agreed tier. Due to the intellectual property and immediate time invested by our professionals upon intake, ** you are entitled to a refund within 30 days once an audit or protocol has been delivered. However, all coaching fees are strictly non-refundable after 30 days into the program.**
All written frameworks, proprietary audits, training logic, graphics, and code delivered to you by Science Bionics remain the sole intellectual property of our company. You are granted a revocable, personal license to use these materials for your personal health journey. You may not publish, resell, or distribute our protocols.
Coaching requires mutual respect. Science Bionics reserves the right to immediately terminate a client's access without refund if the user exhibits abusive behavior toward our staff, engages in payment fraud, or distributes harmful software via our communication channels.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with standard international commercial operating laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
